Centralised Palletising Systems
Our centralised end-of-line palletising solutions meet the flow optimisation needs of several production lines. In 90% of cases, they are coupled with a shared automatic empty pallet distribution system, as well as a pallet wrapping and labelling unit, often including the transfer of full pallets to the warehouse or shipping area.
Features
The arrival of the products is at high level in order to free the access flows between the production lines. The analysis of the project data allows us to choose between these two palletising technologies:
- The multi axis robot, coupled with a gripping tool (suction, clamping or fork).
- The layer palletiser with high level infeed, without product gripping, enables more controlled palletising to ensure precise alignment of the boxes from one layer to the next.
